How to cancel a customer's subscription

Learn how to cancel customer's recurring subscriptions

If a customer has a recurring subscription (Bi weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Daily, Weekly, Every 3 Weeks, or Every 4 Weeks) you can cancel the entire subscription from the customer profile with a few clicks.

This is ONLY relevant to recurring services and not One time cleanings.

Here's how to cancel a customer's subscription:

  • Navigate to the customer profile
  • Click on the 'Subscription' dropdown

  • Click on 'Cancel Subscription'

  • Complete the confirmation request

  • The subscription will be labeled as 'Canceled'

The customer will automatically receive a cancelation email (see your cancelation email template in Settings -> Template - Cancelation Receipt).
