Adding internal notes to customers

Add internal customer notes to customers to keep track of customer specific details/notes not visible to customers

Add internal notes to customers by typing into the internal notes field on the customer details page

Internal customer notes are only visible to you and your team (techs assigned to the jobs of this customer). They are NOT visible to your customers.

  • Click on 'Add a note'
  • Write your text out
  • Click on 'Save note'
Internal customer notes stay with the customer's profile - they are not job specific
