If a customer has a recurring subscription (Bi weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Daily, Weekly, Every 3 Weeks, Every 4 Weeks, Every 6 Weeks, or Every 8 Weeks) you can cancel the entire subscription from the customer profile with a few clicks.
- This is ONLY relevant to recurring services and not one time cleanings
- All active subscriptions for that customer will be displayed
Here's how to cancel a customer's subscription:
- Navigate to the customer profile
- Find the subscription you want to cancel
- Click on 'Cancel Subscription'
- Complete the confirmation request
- The subscription will be labeled as 'Canceled'
- The customer will automatically receive a cancelation email (see your cancelation email template in Settings -> Template - Cancelation Receipt)
- All of the future jobs will be taken off of the Scheduling view
