Adding internal job notes to jobs

Add internal job notes on jobs to keep track of job specific details/notes not visible to customers

Add internal job notes to each job by typing into the internal job notes field on the job details page

Internal job notes are only visible to you and your team (techs assigned to the jobs). They are NOT visible to your customers.

  • Click on 'Add a note'
  • Write your text out
  • Click on 'Save note'
Internal job notes stay with the specific job ONLY - they will not carry into different subscriptions/new bookings for the same customer
