You have the ability to toggle which fields show up on the invoice before you send it to your customer.
In the 'View/send invoice' section in the job for which you are trying to send the invoice you will see the available fields to toggle to the left of the invoice.
There are 10 fields available for toggle:
- Company name
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Square feet/meter ranges
- Customer job notes
- Address
- Totals
- Hourly rate
- Additional rooms
- Extras
- Frequency
- You can choose which field to toggle from the left side
- To not show the field on the invoice toggle the switch to 'No'
- The invoice preview will immediately show a live version of the change
- In the example above you can see the Address is set to not show
If the job is recurring the changes on the invoices will be applied to all future jobs
