Credit card payments not going through?

The most common cause of experiencing credit card issues in Maidily is that your Stripe Publishable and Secret keys are in 'test' mode and not in 'live' mode as they should be.

In order to fix this - log into your Stripe account and navigate to the Developers -> API Keys section on the left hand side:

Toggle the 'View test data' switch to the left side - this means that you will be using the 'live' keys instead of the 'test' keys.

Copy the new, live, Publishable and Secret key from the right side and paste them into Maidily and save.
