Your customers will receive a booking confirmation email each time a new job is created for them.
1. If a job is created by the customer using our customer portal they will receive a booking confirmation email
2. If a job is created manually inside of Maidily they will receive a booking confirmation email
3. If a job is created by a customer booking through our checkout page they will receive a booking confirmation email
The confirmation email that a customer will receive can be found in Settings -> Booking forms & Communication -> Email communications -> Booking confirmation:

You will receive the same booking confirmation email as your customer as a notification for a new booking
