You can create a teams and assign that them to a job from the job details page.

Here's how to create a team and assign them from the job: 

A maximum of 6 technicians can be assigned to 1 team
  • Click on the 'Assign tech/team' button in the Job details page

  • Click on 'New Team'

  • Enter the name of the team (required)
  • Choose a color for your team
  • Pick the technicians for the team

  • Click 'Confirm'


  • If one person is not available from a team of 2 or more technicians the team will still show as available (approved time off requests are included)
  • You can add multiple teams to a job by clicking on an additional team
