You can send email reminders to customers for their upcoming services manually from 2 places:

• Scheduling (send more than 1 at once)
• Jobs

How to send customer email reminders from Jobs:

• From the job click on 'Send reminder'

• Click 'Customer email'

Considerations:

• You can edit the customer reminder email template in Settings -> Booking forms & Communications -> Email communications -> Customer reminder email
