When do the system generated text messages get sent to the customers

How does Maidily handle the system generated text messages (reminders and receipts)

You can set up automated text message reminders and receipts in Maidily through our automation functionality.

For reminder and receipt text messages Maidily will send out the message to your customer based on your set up:

For text reminders you have 2 options:

  • Before the job date (service date and arrival time)
  • On the day (service date and arrival time)

For text receipts you have 2 options:

  • On the day (service date and arrival time)
  • After (service date and arrival time)

Maidily checks every hour for text messages that need to be sent that day based on the parameters

Example Scenario for Text Reminder: 

A job is scheduled for March 22nd with an arrival time between 10:00am - 11:00am

Text message reminders set to be sent out 1 day "Before the job date":

Your customer will receive the reminder on March 21st at 10:00am

Example Scenario for Text Receipt: 

A job is scheduled for March 22nd with an arrival time between 8:00am - 9:00am

Text message reminders set to be sent out 1 day "After":

Your customer will receive the text receipt on March 23rd at 8:00am
