Translating customer communications to a different language

Learn how to translate customer communications (emails and booking pages) to a different language

Maidily supports multiple languages. You can translate all of your customer communications into a different language by navigating to Settings -> General -> Communication language:

  • Switching this to a different language will not impact your internal Maidily profile
  • Language translation will impact: 
    • All customer communication emails (booking confirmation, receipt, cancelation, refund, receipt)
    • Booking page
    • Quote page

Your customers can switch languages directly from the booking page by toggling the language field in the top right corner:
