You can send job assignments via email to your assigned tech/team from 2 places:
- Scheduling
- Jobs
Make sure your templates for customer notifications in Settings -> Booking forms & Communication -> Email communications
How to send multiple job assignments from Scheduling:
- Click on 'Send job assignments'
- Choose the date and the tech/team you want send assignments for
- Then click on 'Click to search jobs'
- Choose the jobs that you would like to send as assignments via email to your cleaner/team
- Click on 'Send assignments'

Considerations:

Job assignment emails will be sent to each individual if assigned to a team

A 'J' icon will appear on the job card in the Scheduling view when job assignments are sent out for that specific job as confirmation
